Refund/Cancellation Policies

Non-Refundable Deposits

Many of our items require a non-refundable deposit (NRD) to be able to reserve your order for an item, usually while it is in the process of production. 

The NRD amount is displayed on the store listing web page for every preorder item. NRDs vary for most preorder items.

24-hour full refund grace period: If you disagree with the terms of this agreement, then you may cancel your order without penalty if it is within 24 hours of placing it. The NRD will be refunded in full within 1-2 business days. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment. 

Customers may cancel their order at any time. To receive a refund minus the Non Refundable Deposit (NRD), Customers must request a refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, Level52 Studios reserves the right to refuse any request for refund.

NRDs cannot be transferred if your order is canceled, for any reason.

NRDs cannot be reinstated and placed on a different order.

Full refunds including NRDs will be offered if Level52 Studios cancels production of a preordered item.


Payment Plan Cancellation Fee

Level52 Studios offers interest-free payment plan options as a resource for our collectors, however keeping track of these payment plans is hard work for our small team. In the case that a payment plan order is canceled, a fee will be assessed to account for administration costs. 

The non-refundable deposit placed to secure your order will be used as the cancellation fee.

A cancellation fee is required regardless if the order cancellation was completed by the customer or by Level52, due to insufficient funds, expired cards, etc.


Customs / Duty Abandonment Fee

International collectors are responsible to pay duties on their shipments in a separate payment directly to the carrier or customs entity, either prior to final delivery or through an invoice received after delivery. If the collector decides not to accept the shipment and abandons it with customs officials or refuses to pay their duties / fees when invoiced, then this may result in charges assessed to Level52 Studios. We reserve the right to deduct any of these fees, incurred by duty or product abandonment, from any refund due to the collector. 


“Returned to Sender” Policy

Any abandoned shipments that are returned to Level52 Studios without notice will be considered forfeit unless the collector contacts our team to make new shipping arrangements within 14 days of return notification. Level52 Studios is not responsible for extra shipping charges incurred to resend packages to the collector. 


Non-Returnable Items

Items that carry a "This item cannot be returned" distinction (located on the item page) are not returnable for a refund. 


Fee Disputes

Credit card companies submitting a dispute, or charge back, to Level52 Studios for any NRDs, cancellation fees, or back charged customs duties will be given a copy of the terms and conditions of those specific agreements, as well as documentation of our checkout process illustrating your acceptance of the terms, via the client required action of selecting a check box. The information that will be provided illustrates a contract that you created with Level52 Studios upon checkout and generally results in a dismissal of the dispute. Please keep in mind that any accounts with pending charge backs will be temporarily disabled, to avoid further billing and shipping issues, while all concerns are resolved. Multiple chargebacks may result in permanent account closure.


Broken or Damaged Goods

If a product arrives to the customer damaged or broken, Level52 Studios will replace the item at no cost to the customer.  Shipping costs for the replacement item will be paid for by Level52 Studios for US customers only. One way shipping costs for International replacement items will be paid for by the customer. If a package arrives to you visibly damaged, please photograph the damage, do not accept the package and contact us for further assistance.
